These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Dog Breeding Company our services, including the purchase of dogs from us. Please read these Terms carefully. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
We offer dog breeding services, including the sale of dogs. Our goal is to provide high-quality dogs to our customers.
When purchasing a dog from us, you may be required to pay a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable after one week from the date of payment. This means that if you cancel your purchase more than one week after paying the deposit, you will not receive a refund.
We do not offer any warranties for the dogs we sell. Our dogs are sold “as is” and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on our services.
In no event will we be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with our services or your use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if we, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the services. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of tese Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
